Transport

Main responsibilities
As an agricultural worker, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our farming business. Typical responsibilities include:
- Carrying out a range of plant and crop care tasks: weeding, crown thinning, general field works.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety at all times.
- Complying with all Health & Safety requirements, company policies and operational procedures.
- Meeting agreed productivity, quality and daily operational targets.
Training and Support
- A full induction and comprehensive training programme will be provided before you commence work. Your supervisor and management team will provide the guidance and support necessary to enable you to perform your duties safely, confidently and to the standards expected by S&A Produce Group.
Pre-Selection Taster Day
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Taster Day, giving you the opportunity to experience the role before making a commitment. During the day, you'll become familiar with the tasks, meet the team, and learn more about our company and working environment. It also gives both you and us the chance to assess whether the role, company culture, and working style are a good fit for your skills, preferences, and career goals.
