The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our Property & Cleaning Services team.
Working Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 10.00am, you will provide high-quality cleaning services across a range of commercial and residential premises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all allocated areas are cleaned safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Main Duties
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
· Dusting and polishing surfaces
· Cleaning kitchens and staff facilities
· Cleaning toilets and washrooms
· Emptying bins and recycling
· Cleaning communal areas and stairwells
· Deep cleaning as required
· Cleaning touchpoints and high-contact areas
· Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns
· Using cleaning equipment and materials safely in accordance with COSHH requirements
· Following all McSence health and safety policies and procedures

· Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Driving Licence
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential. Due to the potential requirement to provide cover at various sites, applicants who hold a driving licence may be at an advantage.
