Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building strong customer relationships and delivering commercial growth?
We're looking for an Internal Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of retail and e-commerce customers, driving profitable sales growth through a consultative, account management approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.
Working closely with national and global retail accounts, you'll be responsible for growing revenue, increasing category penetration, and identifying new opportunities across our full product and service portfolio. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers, develop collaborative business plans, and ensure customers receive exceptional service at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing retail and e-commerce customer accounts.

Deliver revenue, gross profit, and margin targets in line with business objectives.

Build relationships with buyers, managers, directors, and business owners.

Identify new opportunities to increase sales and market share.

Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity within CRM.

Provide quotations, product information, and commercial support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Produce regular KPI and performance reporting.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in account management, internal sales, or business development.

Experience working with retail customers, ideally within a product-led environment.

Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
