About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Prescribing Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who may be early in their prescribing career and are looking to develop their skills within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will deliver patient-centred care through remote consultations, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, including assessment, prescribing, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote consultations via telephone and video
- Perform clinical assessments and prescribe where appropriate
- Manage patient caseload including follow-ups and treatment reviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Identify and escalate clinical risks when required
- Contribute to service improvement and clinical audits
Requirements
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist
- Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to learn and develop in a specialist area
Desirable
- Post-registration clinical or prescribing experience
- Experience in remote or telehealth settings
- Interest in innovative treatment areas

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
