Café Manager
Role Summary
· To work flexibly, undertaking catering and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
· Greeting customers who enter the café complex
· Responsible for food production
· Advising customers on ingredients contained within all meals
· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all fixtures, equipment and fabric of the catering premises
· Maintains all food safety records
· Pricing goods and stocking chillers
· Promoting special offers
· Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
· Report faults found with equipment
· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
· Prepared to carry out arduous work, either physical or mental
· Willing to take on reasonable additional responsibility as necessary
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
· Previous catering experience required

· Good written and verbal communication skills
