St Marcus Fine Foods is looking for a Butcher / Food Production Operative at our facility in Redhill, RH1 2NB.

About the role and what we are looking for:
- Work under the guidance of the Production Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Undertake various types of food preparation, using knife and food production machinery to prepare/portion/marinade beef, lamb, pork and poultry products.
- Good physical health and strength required.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a good and safe working condition.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures and company policies to maintain good hygiene standards and equipment operation.
- Be aware of HACCP procedures.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, safe and organized.
- Move food products and raw materials to and from the correct designated chilled storage areas.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Working hours:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00

Pay: £12.75-£13.75 per hour
