The Role
We’re looking for a confident and passionate Area Lead to lead our Baby Room. You’ll inspire your team, ensure high-quality EYFS practice, and create a safe, engaging space where our toddlers thrive.
About You
- Level 3 qualified or above
- 2 years Child care experience
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Positive, organised and ready to lead by example
