Panel Beater – BP Rolls Newport
salary £42,120 - plus bonus OTE £80k
Our Newport Depot seeks an additional, experienced Panel Beater to join the team, providing high quality panel & bodywork repairs & replacements for our Commercial customers ( home shopping)
Joining a highly experienced team, this is a very dynamic work environment with expectations of performance and efficiency, rewarded with high bonus capability.
The successful candidate will be suitably experienced to accurately assess damage and apply appropriate measures to provide high quality repairs across a variety of commercial vehicles, restoring damaged vehicle panels to their original condition. We support major Retail brands in their larger vehicle repairs & maintenance and ensure high performance is delivered to all of our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience gained as a panel beater, body work professional. Able to demonstrate expertise in technique and ability.
- Ideally with min 3 years of experience and a level 3 qualification in Panel/ Body Repair
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Professional & skilled workmanship with the ability to problem solve independently & efficiently.
- Attention to detail and final finish
- Strong team player
This is a permanent, full-time position. Monday - Friday 45hours p/w based at our Newport Depot.
