We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals to join our Holiday Club team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children during school holiday periods.
As a Holiday Club team Member, you will support the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and themed events. You will help ensure that every child has a positive and enjoyable experience while maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children aged [insert age range].
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children with varying needs and abilities.
- Set up and tidy activity areas and equipment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.
- Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, energetic, and approachable attitude.
- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, sports, or recreational setting (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant childcare, sports coaching, teaching, or youth work qualifications are desirable.
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Availability during school holiday periods.
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities when working with children.
