Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker & Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing high-quality cabinetry and furniture pieces. Duties
- Fabricate cabinet components according to detailed specifications using various hand tools and power tools
- Assemble cabinetry and furniture, ensuring accurate joinery and secure fittings
- Operate woodworking machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the design & production team to interpret technical drawings
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products as required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in assembly
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and joinery methods
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and quality control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing environments is desirable
