Groundworker – Plotworks (Yarm)
North East Groundworks Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team on a residential development in Yarm.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in all aspects of plotworks
- Valid Dumper Ticket (essential)
- CSCS Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to work to a high standard while maintaining site safety
Duties:
- Plot drainage
- Foundations and concrete works
- Kerbing and edging
- Flagging and external works
- General groundworks associated with new build housing developments
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 39 hours paid per week
