An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join a respected and growing conveyancing team in their Pontefract office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing matters independently and is looking for a stable, professional environment where their expertise is valued.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing a high standard of service while ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
- Progressing transactions and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting key deadlines
- Providing a professional and client-focused service throughout
About You
We're looking for an experienced Fee Earner with:
- Strong experience in Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional communication and client-care skills
- A proactive and reliable approach
