We're looking for a Retail & Events Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of customer-focused retail campaigns and promotional events for a portfolio of client brands. Your role
As a Retail & Events Assistant, you'll help bring campaigns to life by creating engaging customer experiences and supporting the smooth delivery of promotional activities.
You'll be involved in:
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
- Supporting retail campaigns and promotional events
- Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Sharing product and service information with customers
- Building positive relationships that encourage customer engagement
- Working alongside colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
- Learning about campaign planning, customer engagement and brand representation through ongoing training
This is a varied role where you'll gain experience across customer service, retail operations and events, with plenty of opportunities to develop along the way.
