Server / Bartender
At BUCO, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and helping create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We’re a small team where everyone supports each other, so flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are just as important as experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and look after guests with friendly, genuine service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffees, beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Keep the restaurant and bar clean, organised and well stocked.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Process payments using the till system.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and help wherever needed during service.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has a warm, friendly personality.

- Stays calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Has great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but a positive attitude is what matters most.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
