We’re looking for exceptional people who have:
- At least six months of care experience as a Care Assistant.
- Experience in complex care settings is preferred, but full training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills – because great care starts with great communication.
- A proactive, patient, and compassionate nature – and you should be able to easily describe why being a carer is important to you.
- A full UK Driving Licence
