Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service during breakfast & lunch hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation of the dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout breakfast & lunch service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including side stations and service areas
- Handle guest enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols and assist with basic food preparation when required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle busy breakfast periods effectively
- Good communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and order processing
- Experience in guest services, serving, or culinary roles will be considered an asset
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
