We are looking for a HR Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our HR service.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a key role in supporting managers, leading on employee relations matters, overseeing recruitment and onboarding activity, and ensuring that our HR systems, policies and processes are effective, compliant and people-centred.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operational HR leadership with opportunities to contribute to workforce development, organisational improvement and employee wellbeing initiatives.

We run a wide range of services including the 24-hour Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Freephone Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline. This is where you can speak to one of our specialist trained female support workers 365 days a year.
