We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Exeter area. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware professional to play a key role in managing costs and contracts across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial and contractual processes across projects.

Prepare, review, and administer contracts from inception to completion.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.

Assess, manage, and mitigate commercial risks.

Evaluate subcontractor performance.

Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role.

Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial processes.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
-
Water industry experience is advantageous.
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field preferred.
