About Us: Si-Serve, part of the Dickerman Group, is a leading provider of industry services specific to water utilities primarily undertaking media refurbishment works. With a strong commitment to excellence and safety, we are currently seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves both site and office-based responsibilities, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of contracts on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Day-to-day management of site staff and contractors, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and site activities.
- Provide support and guidance to site staff and contractors as needed and to provide technical knowledge and methods of work.
Required Skillset:
- Proven experience in managing contracts on-site, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to support on-site hours & weekends.
