What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of cultural, corporate, and community events.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event logistics from concept through successful delivery.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, venues, and event partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event budgets, schedules, resources, and operational timelines.
- Lead event teams and coordinate staff, contractors, and volunteers where required.
- Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support event promotion and growth.
- Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future events.
Requirements:
- Experience in event management, hospitality, operations, project management, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing operational needs.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,700.00-£6,400.00 per month
