Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Build the Career You Want. Practice the Way You Believe.
Back to Health is one of North Wales and Cheshire's leading multidisciplinary healthcare providers, with established clinics across Wrexham, Chester and Mold. For more than 20 years, we've helped thousands of patients move better, feel better and live healthier lives through exceptional patient-centred care. During that time, we've built an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence, resulting in a high level of word-of-mouth referrals, returning patients and a consistent flow of new patients across our clinics.
We're looking for a passionate GCC Registered Chiropractor to join our growing clinical team.
Whether you're an experienced Chiropractor looking for your next challenge, or an established Associate Chiropractor seeking a second clinic where you can continue to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to work within a respected private practice that combines the freedom to practise in your own style with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Why Back to Health?
We understand that every Chiropractor develops their own clinical approach, and we believe great clinicians should be trusted to deliver care in the way they know works best.
Whether your practice is centred around Diversified, SOT, Thompson, Activator, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, or a combination of approaches, you'll have the clinical freedom to assess, diagnose and treat patients using techniques that reflect your own philosophy and deliver the best possible outcomes.
At the same time, you'll never feel like you're working alone.
Our Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and other MSK practitioners work together every day, regularly discussing cases, sharing ideas and supporting one another's professional development. We don't compete with each other—we collaborate. If you enjoy being part of a genuinely supportive team while maintaining your clinical independence, you'll feel right at home.
You'll also be joining a busy, established practice with a consistent flow of new patients generated through our excellent local reputation, strong referral network and ongoing marketing. This means you can focus on delivering outstanding patient care rather than worrying about where your next patient is coming from.
About the Role
This is a full-time employed position (37.5 hours per week) working across our clinics in Wrexham, Chester and Mold, giving you access to a larger and more varied patient base than working from a single location.
You'll assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including:
- Neck and back pain
- Sciatica
- Headaches and cervicogenic pain
- Sports injuries
- Joint pain
- Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
- Postural dysfunction
- Tendinopathies
- Persistent musculoskeletal pain
Our appointments are designed to allow you to provide thorough, patient-centred care. Initial Assessments are up to 60 minutes, giving you the time to fully understand each patient's history, perform a comprehensive assessment and develop an effective treatment plan. Standard appointments are 20 minutes, allowing you to deliver high-quality care while maintaining an efficient clinical diary.
You'll have the opportunity to utilise:
- Diversified adjustments
- Manual therapy
- Soft tissue techniques
- Rehabilitation and exercise prescription
- Patient education
- Lifestyle advice
- Multidisciplinary referrals where appropriate
As part of our commitment to providing the latest evidence-informed treatments, our clinics also offer Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT). If you already have experience using Shockwave Therapy, that's a bonus. If not, we'll provide the opportunity and support for you to train and develop this valuable clinical skill, allowing you to expand your treatment options and help even more patients.
Working alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Sports Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and Reflexologists, you'll be part of a truly multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for every patient.
