We are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Operatives to join our team for the 2026 Season. Based along the stunning harbour front of Padstow, Cornwall, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of outlets, including restaurants, cafés and takeaways. If you have a passion for food and some prior experience in the industry, we’d love to hear from you. Various start dates are available, with roles running through to mid-September 2026 and potential for extension beyond that.
What you will be doing:
- Provide exceptional food and drink service in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with food preparation and ensure efficient service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all establishments
- Support the smooth operation of food service areas
- Uphold the company’s positive image and contribute to a welcoming workplace
- Deliver top-quality, efficient service to ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, approachable personality with a natural ability to make others feel welcome
- Ability to perform well under pressure, take initiative and solve problems
- Solid understanding of food allergens
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment
- Strong team player with flexibility to work according to a rota
