Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Criminal Lawyer to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough case investigations by reviewing evidence, witness statements, and legal documents to build compelling arguments.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and appeals, adhering to court deadlines and procedural rules.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, trials, and sentencing hearings.
- Negotiate plea agreements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential consequences of different courses of action.
- Collaborate with experts such as forensic specialists or investigators to strengthen case strategies.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all legal standards and confidentiality requirements.
