Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in managing warehouse operations efficiently. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for handling materials, operating forklift equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. The suitable candidate must hold a counterbalance licence.
Duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Labelling out going stock as you load.
- Checking incoming and out going loads to check that the products and quantities are correct.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet a high standard of quality.
- Assisting the production team with retrieving any items they may require.
- Remove waste from the buildings, and put waste in the appropriate bins.
- Complete daily walkaround inspections of the forklift truck.
- When required join the production team (Training will be provided on all machinery)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
