We are recruiting Early Years Practitioners for our Nanny Bears family at our setting on Cotley Farm, Whimple.
You must be qualified to at least Level 2 with experience in similar role. This role is between 25.5-30 hours per week across 3 working days- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
At Nanny Bears our vision is to create small, homely settings in rural locations so our children can experience nature as well as nurture. Our setting nestled on the grounds of Cotley Farm continues our unique ethos of ‘Caring for your child as if they were one of our own’ in a Hygge environment.

Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -
- Have a full and relevant (minimum) Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
- Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
- Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
- Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
- Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
