Role Overview:
As a Fertility Nurse, you will play a central role in our clinic's operations, providing essential guidance, support, and care to our valued patients. If you possess qualities such as empathy, discretion, care, and compassion in your nursing practice, this role is perfect for you.
Senior Fertility Nurse Responsibilities:
- Perform venepuncture and blood tests accurately
- Address patient concerns with informed and concise responses
- Conduct assessments and consultations as required
- Assist in theatre procedures, including egg collection and embryo transfers
- Participate in the procedure room as a scrub and circulator
- Develop personalised treatment plans for patients
- Provide coverage for staff illnesses or emergencies
- Maintain a sterile and hygienic theatre environment
- Dispense medications accurately
- Cultivate a welcoming and calming atmosphere for patients
Senior Fertility Nurse Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months of experience in fertility nursing
- Satisfactory references
