Taunton, Somerset (Office-Based Role)
Full Time Position (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm)
We're looking for an Advisor Support Administrator to join our growing team in Taunton. This is a varied role supporting our mortgage advisors and helping to keep applications progressing smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Supporting advisors with pre and post-application administration
✔ Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting clients with their enquiries
✔ Chasing lenders, solicitors and developers for updates
✔ Updating our systems and maintaining accurate client records
✔ Helping to progress mortgage applications through to completion
✔ Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office environment
What We're Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ A positive, proactive attitude
✔ Confidence using computers and learning new systems
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience within administration and customer service is preferred but not essential
