Hard Landscaping Labourer

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Hard Landscaping Labourer to join our team from June 2026.
The role will involve supporting a range of landscaping projects, primarily focused on hard landscaping works. Typical projects include the construction of patios, retaining walls, pathways, and other garden landscaping features. There will also be opportunities to assist with soft landscaping and general gardening tasks.
Main Duties
- General labouring and site preparation
- Assisting with the installation of patios and paving
- Supporting the construction of retaining walls and other hard landscaping features
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with planting, turfing, and other soft landscaping works when required
- Following health and safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Previous labouring or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential
