Lead Installer – Seasonal Christmas Transformations
Could you lead a small team to transform someone’s business or home for Christmas?
As a Lead Installer, you’re a calm, logical thinker who enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. You motivate your team of 3–10 people, communicate clearly, and take pride in creating something special. You don’t need to love Christmas — but you do need to love and take pride in creating something special.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start your day at our premises near Marshfield (just off J18 of the M4). You’ll collect your project pack, meet your team, and ensure the van is loaded safely and correctly.
- On arrival at the client site, you’ll take the lead on customer communication — greeting them, walking them through the plan, and being their main point of contact throughout the installation.
- You’ll work both indoors and outdoors. Tasks may include:
- Safely working at height to install roofline lighting
- Drilling into mortar to hang garlands, wreaths, or bespoke décor
- Wrapping trees with lighting
- Discreetly decorating interior spaces while clients continue their day
- (Full training provided)
- While completing your own tasks, you’ll guide your team to maintain high standards of safety, tidiness, and decoration quality.
- You’ll handle small challenges calmly and logically, with support from colleagues on and off site. Flexibility is important — occasionally an installation may run an hour longer than planned.
- Once complete, you’ll walk the client through the finished installation, secure sign‑off, tidy the site, and take photos of the day’s work.
- Finally, you’ll ensure the van is safely loaded and return to the unit to close out the day.Days can be long — but they’re always rewarding.
