Production Technician
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain equipment performance, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimise downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes.
- Document production activities, faults, and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and consistent quality focus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.

Working hours on a 2 weekly rotating shift cycle:
- 41.25 hours per week
- Early shift: 06:00-14:15
- Late shift: 14:00-22:15
- Weekend coverage may be required
