We're looking for an experienced Installation & Support Engineer to join our growing team.
iFacility delivers security solutions for leading UK brands across retail, hospitality and manufacturing. If you're passionate about CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Install CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems
- Carry out planned maintenance visits
- Diagnose and fix faults on security systems and cabling
- Train customers on system operation
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain high standards of health & safety
- Attend ongoing technical training
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years' security installation experience
- Experience with CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
- Knowledge of brands such as Hikvision, Hanwha, Paxton and Orisec
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites
