We are a couple in our early 30s living with physical disabilities. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who are hard working and motivated, and interested in developing skills in the health and care sector.
We employ a team of personal assistants to support us with all aspects of our personal and medical care, social and vocational life, and daily living. You will be required to perform some medical tasks but will be provided with all training needed on the job
We have a fabulous team of 10 Personal Assistants who provide 24hr support. We have 2 PAs with us during the day and night. Shifts are usually 12hrs (8am-8pm days shift and 8pm-8am night shift)
We enjoy working with all types of individuals who are dedicated to the job and all also good fun to be around. Previous experience in care would be nice, however this role is also suitable for those who have no previous care experience. As this role is highly relational (you will be living and working in our home, providing intimate care, and working with our team of other PAs) we are more concerned about your personality, attitude to work, and any transferable skills you have. We can provide the training when it comes to practical skills.

£13.13 p/hr 24 - 48 hrs per week (2 - 4 x 12hr shifts) 8am-8pm/8pm-8am
(supplementary rates available for some shifts once probationary period is completed)
shifts allocated 4 weeks in advance
Priority will be given to candidates that can offer the greatest level of flexibility and availability. Ideally candidates will be available to work Mon-Sun as needed
DBS check will be required
Driving (both manual and automatic) essential for daytime positions
