Job Opportunity: Reservations & Administration Consultant
Canterbury Travel is a leading specialist in once-in-a-lifetime Lapland holidays, creating magical experiences for thousands of families every year. We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Reservations & Administration Consultant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth administration of holiday bookings. Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their booking journey, maintaining accurate reservation records, and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer reservations from enquiry through to booking, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Process new bookings.
- Prepare and send quotations using our TProfile reservation system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and travel agent enquiries via telephone and email.
- Monitor customer feedback within TProfile and ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Follow up on live enquiries.
- Ensure all booking information complies with company procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with general office administration and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations department.

- Previous experience administration, reservations, customer service or the travel industry is desirable.
