The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in month-end close processes, management and financial reporting, and will be proficient in using Sage 200. Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting..

Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analyses to the CFO and senior management..

Perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are accurately maintained and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing detailed financial analysis and insights..

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a strong focus on month-end close and financial reporting
