About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Smart Repair Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to an excellent standard while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out SMART repairs including paintwork, bumper scuffs, and minor body repairs at dealerships.
- Match and apply paint finishes to a high professional standard
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality targets
- Manage own van stock
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician (preferred)
- Knowledge of vehicle paint systems and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
