Fox Group Moving and Storage are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cwmbran
You will handle direct enquiries from people moving around the world to assess their move requirements, dealing with our network of worldwide agents so as to provide a smooth, efficient and stress-free move

Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Direct contact and communication with clients
- Quote assessment, calculation and submission
- Provide all necessary move and customs advice to clients
- Liaise with all service providers and agents
- Compile and issue detailed instructions
- Collation of all necessary move and customs documents
- Collaboration of and maintain working relationships
- Assist department colleagues
This role will be well suited to you with:
- Confident communicator to deal with clients via all forms of communication
- Excellent customer service and able to build strong rapport
- Proactive and positive approach to offer services per clients’ needs
- Necessary administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and alternate tasks individually and as part of the team
- Experience in similar role may be beneficial though not essential
The role:
- Based on site in the International Department, Cwmbran
- Free parking on site and short walk to train and bus station
- Monday to Friday, 8-5, with 1 hour lunch break
- Employee kitchen with amenities and drink facilities
- Annual 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company arranged pension scheme
- Offers annual salary of £26000-£32000, depending on age and experience
