Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders to reach high or difficult areas
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces thoroughly, ensuring streak-free results
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve optimal shine while protecting surfaces
- Inspect work areas for safety hazards and report any issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents during cleaning tasks
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites efficiently
- Strong command of the English language for clear communication with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client requirements
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding when necessary
- Physical stamina and agility to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures related to window cleaning
