As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of firms, driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships through high-impact account management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and close renewals, ensuring strong retention and client satisfaction
- Identify and convert upsell & cross-sell opportunities to exceed revenue targets [Open Role | Outlook]
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the real business value of solutions
- Use data & insight to spot commercial opportunities and drive growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success & Strategy to shape GTM approach
- Deliver consistent, high-quality client engagement and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales + account management experience
- Strong track record in renewals, retention, and revenue growth
- Ability to own accounts and handle complex conversations
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and close opportunities
- Ideally experience selling SaaS, data, or tech-led solutions
