The Woodland House Hotel, Newbridge, Dumfries DG2 0HZ are looking to recruit staff to work front of house at the privately run, family hotel which has 20 bedrooms and function facilities.
Applicants must have a knowledge of IT and online booking, previous experience of both bar and waiting would be advantageous as meals are served both lunch and evening times as well as at functions, although not essential. An outgoing and pleasant manner is essential when dealing with guests. Able to take and carry out instructions given to them. Other front of house duties will involve cleaning these rooms. A good telephone manner will be required.
Hours of duty would be between 9 a.m. and 12 midnight weekend work involved - minimum or 30 hours per week on a rota basis.
