Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager Position at Sanihire, offering excellent income and career progression opportunities. As an account manager, you will work closely with clients, managing their hire needs and ensuring seamless service. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients to understand and meet their hire needs.
- Providing prompt, effective solutions to support clients project timelines and budgets.
- Addressing client queries and coordinating with our supply chain to meet demand.
- Supporting client retention and satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in account management, sales or related field
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to solving clients needs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
