We're hiring Care Assistants to support adult in their own homes and within the community. If you're compassionate, dependable, and want a role with real purpose, you'll be fully supported with training, mentoring and ongoing development from day one.

What you'll receive
- Starting rate from £12.80 Per hour
- Travel time paid at your normal hourly rate
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement

Your day-to-day work
You'll help people live independently, safely, and happily in their own homes and out in the community.
Support will vary depending on individual needs and may include:
- Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Assisting with daily household activities such as cooking and cleaning
- Supporting personal care when required
- Going out together for shopping, appointments, or social activities
- Helping individuals attend day services or group outings
Your working pattern will be discussed with you to fit around your availability.
Requirements for the role
- You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with Business insurance
- you're naturally kind, patient, and understanding
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You're reliable, adaptable, and take pride in doing a good job
- You can manage the emotional side of care work with resilience
- Must be able to work weekends or evenings
