This position requires a sales professional or a sharp graduate who is looking to get into the Currency/FX broking world. This is a pure sales role initially to grow a book of clients which you will eventually be dealing/broking. The right candidate will be forward thinking, a confident speaker and will always act in the best interest of the customer yet strive to meet and exceed sales targets. The Graduate/Junior FX Broker will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and consistently meeting sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a high paying industry and receive regular training to expand their knowledge of the FX market. We have just moved into a bigger office with a small team of experienced sales/dealers and are now looking for a 2 graduates with sales experience or individuals with prior sales experience to join our sales/broking team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via new business sales calls (this will be your primary role initially)
- Lead lists will be provided, however you will also be expected to source your own leads too.
- Follow up sales calls with emails containing company information as well as market data (training provided)
- Make comparisons with clients against their current bank/broker
- Meet KPIs in the form of calls, new intro emails, new trading clients & new profit.

Trainee FX Broker Expectations:
