Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and attentive Night Shift Concierge to provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, handle resident inquiries, and maintain smooth operations throughout the night. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality experience or strong customer service skills to contribute to a high-quality resident experience in a dynamic setting. The position requires a dedicated and organised individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy.
Duties
- Greet guests & residents warmly upon arrival
- Responds promptly to residents requests and provide accurate information about the estate
- Handle phone enquiries with excellent etiquette, directing calls as necessary
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring resident & Building safety during the night shift
- Manage administrative tasks such as logging incidents, maintaining records, and regular patrolling
- Undertake waste management duties, preparing collection of 1100L bins for council collection
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organised, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Address any resident concerns or complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with housekeeping and management to address any areas of concern
Skills
- Previous concierge experience is preferred but not essential; strong customer service skills are vital
- UK Driver license is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing inquiries professionally
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during overnight hours
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities is beneficial for providing residents with helpful recommendations
