Job description
Cybernet EMEA are seeking very enthusiastic individuals to grow our business and footprint in the EMEA region. As well as selling to tier 1 medical device manufacturers Cybernet operates through a network of resellers, integrators and distributors throughout the EMEA region. The role is to grow this network by onboarding regional distributors and resellers who are as enthusiastic about Cybernet products as we are.
The successful applicant will be able to generate new business by identifying, contacting and onboarding medical device manufacturers, medical and IT resellers and distributors and NHS decision makers. In addition to this work we do have a very active marketing team providing a regular flow of warm inbound leads and opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
4+ years' work experience in a closing role at a business selling IT Equipment, Medical Equipment or ideally Medical IT Equipment.
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
Much better than average written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to assess information quickly.
The ability to on-board resellers and distributors by discussing achievable margins and benefits such as deal registration.
A good working knowledge of Computing and IT specifications, operating systems and approximate values. This will be the foundation on which we can add the USP's and added features of our products to create our client proposition.
The ability to learn fast and get up to speed with our systems and processes quickly.
A desire and ability to perform exceptionally well.
Experience selling into the NHS would be a huge advantage.

Salary and performance related pay:
Base - £25k - £40k
Estimated commission expectation after 3 years - £30k - £70k
(Uncapped)
Car allowance added once 1st KPI is hit.
Total estimated pay after three years £55k-£110k
(UNCAPPED)
Monthly commission is a key part of regular monthly earnings.

Education:
A-Level or equivalent (required)
Fluency in any European language will be a benefit in this role.
