Executive Assistant to the CEO

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to work closely with the CEO in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the CEO's time is managed effectively while providing high-quality administrative and operational support.
As the role develops, you will become an integral part of the business, with the opportunity to increase your working hours to full time and take on additional responsibilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary, schedule, and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and business engagements.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Review, prepare, and organise important documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with coordination and follow up on key actions.
- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentations
- Receive training to assist in preparing flight plans for aeroplane charter customers, ensuring operational information is accurately compiled.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of a busy CEO.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Able to take a logical and thorough approach to complex tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and common business software.
- Quick to learn new systems and aviation-related processes.
- Able to work independently from home while remaining highly responsive.
- Flexible and willing to adapt as the business grows.
Previous experience in challenging administrative roles with important legal documentation would be advantageous, although applicants with transferable skills and a genuine interest in aviation are encouraged to apply.
Travel
This role is primarily home-based, although occasional travel will be required for meetings, aviation events, air shows, and industry exhibitions throughout the UK and, from time to time, internationally.

Pay: £120.00-£140.00 per day
