We're working with a highly respected accountancy practice in Swindon that is looking to recruit a Management Accountant following continued growth. As part of a Top 20 UK accountancy group, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that combines the support of a large organisation with the culture and flexibility of a local practice.
The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
- Producing variance analysis and providing meaningful financial insights
- Managing bookkeeping and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Monitoring rental income, arrears, and other key property performance metrics
- Assisting with audit requirements, compliance, and continuous process improvements
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous bookkeeping and management accounting experience, ideally gained within an accountancy practice or a commercial finance environment. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience within the property sector would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
