We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with high-quality ingredients, thrives in a busy service, and wants to continue developing their career in a professional kitchen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own section and maintaining consistently high standards
- Preparing and presenting dishes to specification during service
- Supporting the senior kitchen team with menu development and daily specials
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness and HACCP procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and waste management
- Helping to train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants
- Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
- Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality cooking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Reliability, professionalism and strong teamwork skills
