A busy riverside restaurant, in the heart of the town. Offering great food 7 days a week.
We are looking for a experienced Sous chef to join our team.
Our kitchen is open 7 days week and serves food from 12pm-9.30pm. Our menus change every 8 weeks with some additional monthly special menu's to keep our customers happy.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the head chef in day to day operations
Leading the team during service and stepping up when in head chefs absence
Helping develop menus and daily specials using fresh, local ingredients
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Training and monitoring junior kitchen staff
Managing stock, orderings and minimising waste
