We are seeking an Commi Chef to join our culinary team in a bustling kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers.
Duties
- Support the team in all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary role is essential
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
