Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Arts and Creative Tutor to inspire and nurture creativity in learners of all ages. Duties
- Develop and deliver comprehensive arts and creative lessons tailored to diverse skill levels and age groups
- Guide students through various artistic techniques, including painting, drawing, sculpture, or digital arts
- Incorporate IT tools and software to enhance learning experiences and foster digital creativity
- Maintain organized lesson plans, student progress records, and classroom supplies to ensure smooth session flow
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide constructive feedback and support
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages open expression, collaboration, and innovation in art projects
- Support students in preparing portfolios or presentations for exhibitions or assessments
Skills
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt methods for different learning styles
- Knowledge of IT applications relevant to arts education, such as graphic design software or digital editing tools
- Effective organizational skills to manage lesson planning, student records, and classroom resources
- Basic understanding of plumbing or technical maintenance is a nice-to-have for setting up creative spaces or workshops
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence and motivate learners
- A genuine passion for arts education coupled with patience, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
